One new support option we\u2019ve added at Valley Audiology is the addition of our drop-off program. Available at both locations, this program is designed to keep both our patients and staff safe.<\/p>\n
This program allows us to service your aids without direct contact. Most of the time we are able to get them back to you within 30 minutes. Before heading over, please call our office at (925) 676-8101 for Concord and (925) 932-6500 for Walnut Creek to verify the hours we are open.<\/p>\n
We have also begun utilizing telehealth appointments to offer counseling services and remote hearing aid programming. New hearing aid users can connect with us to make sure they are using their aids properly. Long-time hearing aid users can get refreshers on how to take care of their devices at home.<\/p>\n
