Your mouth is full of bacteria \u2013 some good, some bad.  When you get an infection in your mouth, it can enter your bloodstream and end up in your ears and brain.  The inflammation can cause narrowing of the blood vessels in any part of your body.  If that happens near your ears, the blood supply to the delicate inner ear structure can be compromised causing hearing loss.  Brush your teeth twice a day, floss every day and see your dentist every six months.
