If you plan to use your health insurance for your office visit, please bring your insurance card. Most insurance policies do not cover hearing aids or hearing aid-related services, but many do cover hearing testing and cochlear implant services. <\/p>\n

We are contracted with several insurance companies, meaning we are \u201cin-network\u201d for those plans. We are happy to see you, even if we are an \u201cout-of-network\u201d provider. However, you will be asked to pay for your visit at the time of service and will be responsible to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. <\/p>\n
