We request payment for products and services at the time they are delivered. If we are in-network with your insurance plan, we are happy to submit a bill and then balance bill once the claim is closed. <\/p>\n
If a claim is denied by your insurance company, we will request payment in full.<\/p>\n
We accept payment by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
\nWe offer financing plans through CareCredit on amounts more than $500. A 12-month, interest-free plan is available as well as plans with interest for 24, 36 or 48 months.<\/p>\n
We work with a limited number of workers\u2019 compensation groups. Patients covered by workers\u2019 compensation require prior authorization before being seen.<\/p>\n
