We request payment for products and services at the time they are delivered. If we are in-network with your insurance plan, we are happy to submit a bill and then balance bill once the claim is closed.
If a claim is denied by your insurance company, we will request payment in full.
We accept payment by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
We offer financing plans through CareCredit on amounts more than $500. A 12-month, interest-free plan is available as well as plans with interest for 24, 36 or 48 months.
We work with a limited number of workers’ compensation groups. Patients covered by workers’ compensation require prior authorization before being seen.
