Growing up in Livermore, CA, Jamie Followill developed an early connection to the deaf community that later inspired a passion for audiology. Combining her interest in science and mathematics with a desire to help others reconnect through communication, Jamie pursued a career focused on improving one’s quality of life through better hearing and understanding.
As an extern at Valley Audiology, Jamie looks forward to expanding her clinical skills while building meaningful relationships with patients of all ages. Valley Audiology’s strong reputation for compassionate, patient-centered care and comprehensive hearing services made it an ideal place to continue learning and growing in the field.
One of the most rewarding parts of audiology for Jamie is helping individuals regain confidence, strengthen relationships and reconnect with the world around them through improved hearing and communication support.
Outside of the clinic, Jamie enjoys reading, crocheting, playing PC video games, collecting vinyl records and antiquing.
